Key Requirements of a Staff Nurse
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Nursing (GNM/B.Sc. Nursing)
Valid nursing registration/license from the concerned nursing council
1–3 years of clinical experience preferred
Knowledge of patient care procedures and nursing protocols
Ability to monitor patient conditions and maintain accurate records
Experience in medication administration and IV management
Knowledge of infection control, hygiene, and patient safety standards
Ability to handle emergency and critical care situations
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and emergencies
Robust teamwork and coordination skills
Compassionate and patient-focused approach
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with hospital management systems
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional ethics
Physical stamina and ability to work in a quick-paced healthcare setting
