RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage and grow YouTube channel and other social media platforms.
Plan, upload, and optimize videos using YouTube SEO best practices.
Create content calendars and coordinate with the creative team for video publishing.
Monitor channel performance, audience engagement, and analytics to improve reach and views.
Run social media campaigns to increase subscribers, watch time, and brand visibility.
Stay updated with YouTube and other social media trends, algorithms, and digital marketing strategies.
Prepare basic performance reports and suggest improvements based on analytics.

REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma in Digital Marketing is preferred.
Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing




Experience launching or managing podcasts is highly preferred
Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media algorithms
Proficiency in tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEO tools, and scheduling platforms
Excellent content creation and copywriting skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple platforms effectively

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
