Job Role: Jr. HVAC Technician

Job description:

The successful candidate will support the planned preventive, corrective and reactive maintenance of indoor HVAC air-side equipment across assigned client sites. This role suits candidates currently working in facilities management, building maintenance, commercial property maintenance, hotel engineering or MEP maintenance settings.

Key Responsibilities
Carry out PPM and basic corrective maintenance for AHUs, FAHUs, FCUs, exhaust fans, fresh-air fans and ducted split units.
Perform filter replacement, coil cleaning, drain-line flushing, belt/pulley inspection and fan/motor checks.
Attend complaints related to low cooling, low airflow, water leakage, noise and vibration.
Complete work orders, PPM checklists and report faults/spare-parts requirements to the Supervisor.
Follow company HSE procedures, PPE requirements and site safety rules.

Requirements




ITI / Diploma / Trade Certificate in HVAC, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration or Mechanical field.
Minimum 2 years’ experience, preferably with Facilities Management companies in UAE.
Practical experience in AHU, FCU, FAHU and ventilation system maintenance is mandatory.
Basic knowledge of HVAC electrical components: thermostat, capacitor, contactor, relay and fan motor.
Able to communicate in basic English and work at different client sites across Dubai.
Candidates available in the UAE and immediate joiners are preferred.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
