Achieve chit business and collection targets.
Supervise and guide branch staff.
Ensure timely collection and recovery of dues.
Handle customer queries and maintain valuable customer relationships.
Conduct and monitor chit auctions as per regulations.
Ensure proper documentation, KYC compliance, and record maintenance.
Prepare and submit branch performance reports.
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
