This isn’t an easy seat, and we’re not going to pretend it is. You’ll spend your days doing accurate, repetitive research work — hunting down the right companies, the right people, and verifying every detail before it enters our system. It takes discipline, and most people underestimate how hard “getting it exactly right, every time” actually is.

But it’s also the seat where you learn to think like a salesperson before you ever have to sell — how buyers are found, how data becomes a deal, how positive research quietly wins meetings. We’re looking for people who can think critically: not just collect data, but sniff out a real opportunity by cross-referencing what they find. No prior sales experience required; what we’re looking for is someone who can be trusted to do hard, unglamorous work well, consistently, and who wants that to lead somewhere.

Do it well for six months, and you’re not just confirmed — you’re on a documented path to a full sales seat, faster if you earn it.

Responsibilities
Identify high-fit accounts and contacts using approved segment criteria
Create and maintain clean company & contact records
Verify role, seniority,



and contact-ability before a lead moves downstream
Draft outreach for review
Prepare research briefs ahead of scheduled calls and meetings

Must Have
Graduate, or in the final year of a degree (any discipline)
Solid written and spoken English for US-facing outreach
Comfortable with AI, Spreadsheets & CRM Tools
Accurate, high-volume repetitive work
Critical Thinking

Nice to have
Graduation or Post Graduation in Business specialising in Sales
Strong Research & Verification Background
Demonstrable skills in optimising AI tools

AI Expectations
AI is a tool you'll use daily — not a replacement for judgment. You'll use it for account research, first-draft outreach, and call prep, and you're expected to verify anything AI generates (company details, head-counts, job titles et cetera) against a real source before it goes into a record.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
