· Operate CNC Turning/VMC machines as per production requirements.

· Set machines, tools, work offsets and cutting parameters.

· Read and interpret engineering drawings and understand GD&T.;

· Prepare and modify CNC programs as required.

· Perform tool selection, tool setting and tool offset corrections.

· Handle machine setup for recent components and repeat jobs.

· Carry out first-piece inspection and in-process quality checks.

· Use measuring instruments such as Vernier caliper, micrometer, bore gauge, etc.

· Troubleshoot basic machining and programming issues.

· Optimize cutting parameters to improve productivity and tool life.

· Maintain machine, tools and work area as per 5S requirements.

· Coordinate with the Quality and Production teams to meet production targets.

· Follow safety procedures and company quality standards.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
