Education:B.E./B.Tech /Diploma in Mechanical/Production/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering

Manager 8–12 years; Senior Manager 12–15 years; precision manufacturing preferred

JD:
Lead overall manufacturing and operations activities to meet quality, cost and delivery objectives.
Translate customer delivery requirements into production priorities and capacity plans.
Manage PPC, machining, supply chain including stores and production manpower.
Monitor production schedules, machine loading, WIP, productivity, rejection and rework.
Coordinate with Process Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Maintenance and Assembly & Test.
Ensure availability of material, tooling, programmes, drawings and resources.
Drive machine utilization, OEE, cycle-time and productivity improvements.
Establish shop-floor discipline, standard work, 5S and secure operating practices.
Review daily/weekly production performance and implement recovery actions.




Lead resolution of manufacturing constraints, quality issues and delivery risks.
Develop shop-floor capability and operator skill development.
Support capital equipment planning and process improvement initiatives.

Technical / Management:
Robust production and manufacturing management.
CNC/precision machining and process understanding.
Capacity planning, machine loading, WIP and productivity management.
OEE, cycle-time and cost improvement.
Quality and delivery performance management.

Pay: Up to ₹100,000.00 per month
