Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement programs.
Manage payroll, perks, and compliance with labour laws.
Handle performance management, training, and career development initiatives.
Maintain employee relations and resolve workplace issues.
Prepare HR reports and advise management on workforce planning.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
