Verify billing details including investigations, procedures, medicines, and room charges.
Coordinate with nursing stations, pharmacy, laboratory, and insurance departments for bill clarification.
Process cash, card, UPI, and insurance-related billing transactions.
Maintain billing records and documentation properly.
Handle patient and attendee billing queries professionally.
Ensure compliance with hospital billing policies and procedures.
Assist in discharge billing and final settlement process.
Reconcile daily billing collections and submit reports.
Support audit and accounts team when required.
