About the Role
We are looking for a confident, articulate and people-oriented International Sales Executive to join our growing team.
This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with people, understanding their needs and turning meaningful conversations into successful client relationships.
You will primarily interact with warm leads from the US and Canada who have already shown interest in our services.
This is not a cold-calling role.
Your responsibility will be to speak with prospective clients, understand their requirements, conduct an initial consultation, explain our services and guide interested prospects toward becoming paying clients.
Key Responsibilities
Contact and speak with warm leads from the US and Canada.
Build rapport and establish trust with prospective clients.
Understand the client's requirements, goals and concerns through effective questioning.
Conduct a structured initial consultation over the phone.
Clearly explain our services, plans and benefits.
Handle questions, concerns and objections professionally.
Follow up consistently with interested prospects through calls and WhatsApp.
Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records.
Manage prospects throughout the sales journey, from the first conversation to conversion.
Work toward individual and team sales targets.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience.

Excellent at spoken English
Confident and comfortable speaking with people over the phone
Warm, friendly and naturally good at building rapport
A good listener who knows how to ask the right questions
Persuasive without being overly aggressive
Comfortable handling objections
Consistent with follow-ups
Target-oriented and motivated by performance
Comfortable working with international clients
Comfortable working during US & Canada night-shift hours
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
