About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and strategic thinker who understands digital marketing, social media, branding, and current trends. The ideal candidate should be able to develop fresh ideas, creative concepts, content strategies, and engaging copies for different brands.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop creative strategies and content ideas for brands and campaigns.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, formats, and digital marketing strategies.
Create creative concepts, campaign ideas, hooks, captions, and copies.
Develop content strategies aligned with brand objectives and target audiences.
Understand branding, brand tone, positioning, and visual communication.
Research competitors, trends, audiences, and industry insights.
Work closely with the design, content, social media, and performance marketing teams.




Brainstorm innovative ideas for Reels, campaigns, social media posts, and brand activations.
Review content and ensure consistency in brand communication.
Bring fresh, relevant, and trend-driven ideas to client accounts.

Requirements:
Solid creative thinking and strategic approach.
Positive understanding of social media and digital marketing.
Strong knowledge of current trends and content formats.
Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
Understanding of branding and brand positioning.
Ability to research, brainstorm, and convert ideas into actionable strategies.
1–3 years of experience in creative strategy, content strategy, social media, advertising, or a similar role preferred.
Agency experience will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
