Job Summary
We are looking for a Liaisoning Executive to support our Permissions team with government approvals, documentation, follow-ups, and file tracking. Freshers with a willingness to learn are welcome.
Key Responsibilities
Follow up with government departments on permission files.
Prepare and maintain required documents.
Track application status and pending queries.
Visit government offices for submissions and document collection.
Coordinate with the Architecture team for drawings/revisions.
Maintain daily/weekly status updates.
Requirements
0–2 years of experience; freshers can apply.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
Comfortable with government office and site visits.
Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory.
Knowledge of TNCP, Nagar Nigam permissions, RERA, NOC, Diversion, Namantaran, etc. is an advantage.
Training will be provided to the right candidate.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
