Fee Collection Executive

Location: Vyttila, Kochi – SLBS Marklance
Experience: 1–3 Years
Industry Preference: Education / EdTech / Service Industry / Retail / Similar Collection Roles

We are looking for a Fee Collection Executive with prior experience in payment follow-ups and collections to manage student fee payments and ensure timely collection of outstanding dues.

Key Responsibilities
Follow up with students and parents regarding pending course fees and installment payments.
Maintain regular communication through calls and WhatsApp regarding payment due dates.
Track outstanding payments and maintain accurate collection records.
Coordinate with the academic and admission teams regarding student fee status.
Handle payment-related queries and resolve basic concerns professionally.
Maintain daily and monthly collection reports.
Monitor payment commitments and ensure timely follow-up.
Escalate long-pending or unresolved payment cases to the reporting manager.




Maintain professional relationships with students and parents while ensuring collection targets are achieved.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in collections, payment follow-up, fee collection, or similar roles.
Candidates with experience in education/EdTech, schools, colleges, hospitals, retail, or service industries are preferred.
Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Solid follow-up and negotiation abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Comfortable making regular calls and handling payment-related conversations.
Target-oriented and persistent in follow-ups.

Significant: Candidates with NBFC, loan recovery, credit card recovery, or banking collection backgrounds are not preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
