Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and student-focused Student Counsellor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for counselling students, understanding their career and study-abroad interests, and assisting them throughout the admission process.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel students regarding overseas education opportunities
Understand students’ academic background, career goals, and preferences
Provide information about courses, universities, admission requirements, and application procedures
Handle student enquiries through calls, messages, and walk-ins
Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into applications
Assist students with the required documentation and application process
Maintain proper records of student interactions and follow-ups
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth application processing
Achieve assigned counselling and conversion targets
Requirements
Freshers or candidates with 1 year of relevant experience can apply
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
Strong counselling and convincing abilities
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications
Candidates with experience in overseas education or student counselling will be an advantage
