We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage and oversee HR operations in a Foundry / Industrial Company.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Manage employee relations, grievance handling and disciplinary actions.
Monitor attendance, leave management and performance appraisal systems.
Maintain HR records and reports for internal and statutory audits.
Work closely with department heads to support organizational goals.

Candidate Profile:
Postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience.
Experience in a Foundry / Industrial / Manufacturing Company is preferred.
Robust interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
Positive knowledge of HR systems, labour laws and industry practices.
