Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the sales team.
Develop and execute sales strategies.
Train, motivate, and monitor team performance.
Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
Maintain solid client relationships.
Achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
Coordinate with the marketing and project teams.
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably real estate.
Solid leadership and communication skills.
Ability to train and motivate a sales team.
Good negotiation and customer-handling skills.
Target-oriented and result-driven.
Local candidates from Trichy preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
