Role Overview
Assist faculty in conducting fashion design and skill-based training classes.
Receive training from BIFD on the syllabus, teaching methods, and classroom procedures.
Gradually take responsibility for teaching assigned fashion-related topics.
Guide students during practical sessions and help them understand techniques clearly.
Maintain student registers, attendance, course records, and other academic documentation.
Handle student enquiries and provide basic information about courses, batches, timings, and fees.
Attend and respond to incoming phone calls and WhatsApp enquiries professionally.
Follow up with students and prospective students when required.
Coordinate with the teaching and administrative team for daily class activities.
Maintain discipline and ensure a positive learning setting.
Assist with class preparation, materials, demonstrations, and practical activities.
Support day-to-day operations of the institute as assigned.
Training Period
The initial period will be a structured training phase where the candidate will learn BIFD’s teaching methodology, fashion-related topics, student handling, register maintenance, enquiry handling, and daily institute operations before taking independent responsibilities.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,500.00 per month
