We're hiring a Business Development Executive at Aneri Developers, and I'm sharing it here first.

Since 2015, Aneri Developers has delivered 500+ web, mobile, and Flutter projects for clients across the US, Europe, and the UAE. We're growing, and I'm looking for someone to own the top of our sales funnel: finding the right clients and starting real conversations.

To be clear about what this role is: it's hands-on outbound. You'll research and target the right prospects, run personalized outreach on LinkedIn and email, qualify them, and book quality calls. I handle the closing. Your job is to build a steady pipeline of the right conversations.

This is not an order-taking or inbound role, and it is not campaign marketing. It's real prospecting, done well, every day.

What I'm looking for:
2+ years in B2B outbound, ideally for IT or software services
Proven experience reaching out to and booking calls with international clients (US, Europe, or UAE)
Genuinely strong written English, you'll be messaging founders directly,



and generic messages don't get replies
Comfort with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach tools, and a CRM
The discipline to prospect daily and follow up consistently, and the judgment to focus on quality over volume

This is a full time, in-office role in Gandhinagar.
