finishes and functionality Prepare and present quotations Handle “price is too high” objections Negotiate without immediately discounting Follow up aggressively but professionally Convert enquiries into confirmed orders Coordinate with the design/execution team after booking The significant point is proven closing history, not just AutoCAD/3D skills. Similar current roles explicitly require sales closure, negotiation, follow-up and end-to-end project handling.
