Position: Hostess
Experience: Fresher / 0–1 year

Job Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet guests with a warm and qualified attitude.
Manage guest seating and maintain the table/guest waiting list.
Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
Handle reservations and coordinate with the restaurant service team.
Answer basic guest queries and assist with requests.
Maintain a pleasant and organized reception/hostess area.
Coordinate with servers and management to ensure smooth guest service.
Handle customer feedback professionally and escalate issues when required.
Maintain proper grooming, hygiene, and skilled appearance.

Requirements:
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality and confident attitude.
Basic English/Hindi communication.
Customer-service oriented.
Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Valuable grooming and presentation.
