Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




Lead efforts to streamline incident management processes and improve response times.
Mentor junior team members to develop their technical and problem-solving skills.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on issue resolution and system updates.

Skilled & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Datasphere.
Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues within cloud-based business applications.
Strong analytical skills to diagnose and address system anomalies effectively.
Ability to work with multiple teams and stakeholders to deliver timely solutions.
Familiarity with monitoring tools and performance tuning in cloud environments.
Excellent communication skills to document issues and share knowledge across teams.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP BTP Datasphere.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
