We are looking for enthusiastic and communication-oriented candidates to join our team as Telecallers.
Languages Required:
Candidates proficient in any one or more of the following languages are welcome:
Malayalam
Tamil
Hindi
Kannada
Telugu
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers/candidates.
Explain relevant services and provide necessary information.
Handle queries and maintain proper communication.
Follow up with leads and update call details.
Achieve assigned calling and follow-up targets.
Requirements:
Good communication skills in at least one of the mentioned languages.
Basic knowledge of English is preferred.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Candidates who are confident and comfortable with calling are encouraged to apply.
