About the role

We are looking for Receipt Executive to manage the end-to-end receipt of incoming materials while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.

Key Responsibilities
Responsible for Incoming Documents verification
Receive the incoming materials with 100 % Verification (Physical vs Documents.)
Incoming Materials kept in incoming area and ensure to reached at department
Collaborate with Purchase Team, Security, Production team, Quality team, Maintenance & Account Team .etc.
Responsible for GRN.( Goods receipt note) in ERP
Responsible for Same day Invoice Process
Responsible for debit note clearing/ sending back - Rejected items / excess items with acknowledgment of suppliers
Debit / Credit note processing for Discrepancy ( Short /Excess)




Ensure the Incoming materials Proper handling with safety regulations and Chemical items handling as per the MSDS
Invoices submit to account for payment process
MIS Report Preparation

About you
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
Previous experience in Receiving, Stores, Warehouse, or Inventory Management is preferred.
Working knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office (Excel, Word).
Valuable understanding of inventory documentation, GRN, invoices, and debit/credit note processes.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
