Key Responsibilities
Visit Government Medical Departments, Healthcare Institutions and concerned authorities across Kolkata and West Bengal.
Identify ongoing and upcoming Government Hospital projects and tender prospects.
Maintain professional communication with hospital authorities, consultants, contractors and concerned departments.
Gather information regarding project requirements, procurement plans and upcoming opportunities.
Support tender-related activities and coordinate with the internal tender team.
Follow up on Government projects and procurement requirements.
Build and maintain skilled relationships with key stakeholders.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project and tender execution.
Maintain regular updates and reports on field activities and business opportunities.
Travel extensively across Kolkata and West Bengal as required for the role.

Requirements
Candidates with experience in Medical Equipment, Healthcare, Hospital Infrastructure, Biomedical or Government Tender Operations will be preferred.
Experience in Government Projects, Tender Management,



Project Sales or Field Operations will be an advantage.
Basic understanding of hospital equipment, medical infrastructure, fire network systems and Government healthcare projects will be an added advantage.
Strong communication, networking and relationship-management skills.
Good follow-up and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and manage field responsibilities.
Willingness to travel extensively across Kolkata and West Bengal.
Proficiency in English, Hindi and Bengali is preferred.
Candidates should be able to reliably commute to Kolkata or be willing to relocate before joining.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
