About the Role

We are looking for a customer-focused Associate to handle insurance policy and claims-related queries, manage support tickets, and coordinate with insurers, TPAs, and internal teams for timely resolution.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries related to insurance policies and claims.
Assist with claim intimation, documentation, and status updates.
Manage and track support tickets through CRM.
Coordinate with insurers, TPAs, and internal teams for claim resolution.
Maintain accurate customer and claim records.
Follow up on pending cases and ensure timely closure.
Provide support through calls, emails, and chats.





Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
6 months–2 years of experience in Customer Support, Insurance Operations, or Claims.
Basic understanding of insurance and claim processes.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office.
Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
