Profile – HR Executive
Location: Raipur
Experience: Minimum 2 Years
Salary: 30-40k/month
Requirements:
Positive English communication and a smart, presentable personality,
Experience in end-to-end recruitment,
Basic knowledge of HR documentation and legal compliance,
Ability to manage day-to-day HR documentation and processes,
Valuable knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets,
Experience with HRMS software,
Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude,
Positive coordination and people-handling skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to joining,
Handle HR documentation and maintain employee records,
Manage day-to-day HR activities and processes,
Coordinate with employees and management,
Prepare and maintain HR reports,
Support HR compliance and company policies.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
