We are looking for an HVAC Engineer to support HVAC sales, basic AutoCAD drawing preparation, and project coordination. The candidate will work closely with clients, sales teams, and project teams to understand requirements and ensure smooth execution of HVAC projects.
Key Responsibilities
Handle HVAC sales enquiries and understand client requirements.
Prepare and share quotations, estimates, and BOQs based on project requirements.
Coordinate with clients and provide suitable HVAC solutions.
Prepare basic HVAC layouts and drawings using AutoCAD.
Read and understand HVAC and MEP drawings.
Assist in preparing ducting, piping, equipment, and installation layouts.
Coordinate with site teams, contractors, suppliers, and clients during project execution.
Conduct site visits to understand project requirements and site conditions.
Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed as per requirements.
Coordinate the procurement of required HVAC materials and equipment.
Assist in resolving technical and site-related issues.
Support the team during HVAC installation, testing, and commissioning.
Ensure projects are completed within the required timeline and specifications.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment.
Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
Basic knowledge of HVAC estimation and BOQ preparation.
Good communication and client-handling skills.
Positive coordination and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
Freshers with relevant knowledge may also apply.
