Role:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Pleasant personality with good communication skills in English & Hindi.
Provide in-depth product knowledge and recommendations to customers.
Handle customer inquiries, address concerns, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
Knowledge of POS and process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
Maintain a clean and organized store appearance, including restocking display counters as needed.
Monitor and manage inventory levels, reporting any discrepancies to the management.
Handling of Shift Open/Close procedures.
Actively participate in upselling and cross-selling initiatives to maximize sales opportunities.
Stay informed about industry trends, current products, and promotions.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive working environment.

Requirements:




Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced workplace and handle multiple tasks.
Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable attitude.
Basic math skills for handling transactions.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
