Experience:

Job Description:
Supervise civil construction activities for an industrial/factory project.
Manage RCC works, foundations, flooring, reinforcement and structural works.
Coordinate with local contractors, workers and suppliers.
Check construction quality and ensure work follows drawings and specifications.
Prepare/check BOQ, quantities, material requirements and measurements.
Coordinate with architects, structural consultants and project management team.
Monitor project progress and report to management.
Handle day-to-day civil/site-related issues.

Requirements:
B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.




5–10 years of relevant experience.
Industrial/factory construction experience preferred.
Valuable knowledge of RCC, foundations, concrete, reinforcement and industrial flooring.
AutoCAD knowledge.
Experience in site supervision and contractor management.
Candidate must be willing to relocate from India to Africa.
International/Africa project experience will be an advantage.
