Help in transferring patients between beds, wheelchairs, and stretchers under the supervision of nursing staff.
Assist patients in maintaining personal hygiene and comfort as required.
Ensure that patient beds, wheelchairs, and stretchers are clean and ready for use.
Support nursing staff in routine patient care activities as instructed.
Transport patients to various departments for investigations, procedures, and consultations.
Respond promptly to patient requests and inform nursing staff about any patient concerns.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in patient care areas.
Assist in shifting and handling patient belongings safely.
Follow hospital policies, infection control practices, and safety protocols.
Maintain patient privacy, dignity, and confidentiality at all times.
Report any emergency, patient discomfort, or unusual observations to the nursing staff immediately.
Ensure proper handover of duties to the next shift.
Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or department head.
