Job Overview

We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Branch Manager to oversee the overall operations, sales performance, student admissions, and team management of the branch. The Branch Manager will be responsible for achieving branch targets, leading the sales and counselling team, ensuring a positive student experience, and maintaining smooth day-to-day branch operations in alignment with organizational goals.

Experience & Qualifications
Sales Experience: 5+ years of proven track record in direct sales or business development.
Management Experience: 1–2 years in a leadership, supervisory, or managerial role.
Industry Preference: EdTech or educational sector experience is a robust advantage.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.

Key responsibilities
Manage and oversee the overall day-to-day operations of the branch.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve admission and revenue targets.
Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales and counselling team.




Supervise student enquiries, follow-ups, conversions, and admission processes.
Ensure effective team coordination, staff discipline, and productivity.
Build solid relationships with students, parents, and other stakeholders.
Monitor branch performance and submit regular reports to management.
Identify business development opportunities and implement local marketing initiatives.
Ensure proper execution of institutional policies, procedures, and operational standards.
Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews to improve branch efficiency.
Coordinate with the HR, Academic, Marketing, and Operations department as required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
