Installation: Installing CCTV cameras, monitors, and recording devices, Biometric, PA system, Fire alarm, Networking products etc.,
Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance and servicing
Troubleshooting: Identifying faults, repairing, or replacing equipment
Testing: Ensuring the system is working properly through full tests
Documentation: Creating detailed documentation of installed systems
Technical support: Providing technical support to clients
Preventive maintenance: Following the preventive maintenance master plan and providing instructions
Corrective maintenance: Executing corrective maintenance based on customer complaints
Training: Providing training and guidance to support staff
Communication: Communicating complex technical issues concisely
Safety: Maintaining health and safety standards
Collaboration:



Collaborating with project managers, security personnel, and other stakeholders
