Funnel Sales Executive – Personal Loan & Credit Card Sales

We are hiring Funnel Sales Executives with retail sales experience and a proven background in selling Personal Loans or Credit Cards. The role involves lead conversion, customer follow-ups, sales target achievement, and relationship management.

Eligibility Criteria
Retail industry experience is mandatory.
Previous experience selling Personal Loans or Credit Cards is mandatory.
Robust sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
Valuable customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.
Candidates should be comfortable working rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs.
Languages: English, Hindi, and Marathi.

Key Responsibilities
Drive sales of Personal Loans and Credit Card products.
Generate leads and convert potential customers into successful sales.
Follow up with prospective customers through calls and other communication channels.




Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable financial products.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain solid customer relationships through timely follow-ups.
Track leads and ensure proper follow-up throughout the sales funnel.
Meet overall business and sales objectives.

Working Hours
Shift Window: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Working Hours: 9 hours per day
Weekly Off: Rotational

Salary

Up to ₹30,000–₹32,000 per month in hand, depending on experience, skills, and suitability.
