Role Overview
We are looking for confident and articulate female professionals with excellent English communication skills to join our client-facing team. The role involves regular interaction with clients, handling calls and follow-ups, maintaining relationships, and ensuring a smooth and skilled client experience.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound client calls and communicate professionally.
Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Understand client requirements and coordinate internally for timely resolution.
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients and maintain clear communication.
Manage client queries, requests and feedback with professionalism.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up activities.
Coordinate meetings, discussions and other client-facing activities as required.




Ensure a positive and consistent client experience throughout the engagement.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in client servicing, customer relationship management, telesales, business development, inside sales or a similar client-facing role.
Fluent spoken and written English is essential.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, presentable and comfortable speaking with clients over the phone and in person.
Strong follow-up skills and ability to maintain long-term client relationships.
Good working knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
Candidates should be locally based in Thane or Mumbai and comfortable commuting to the workplace.
