Responsibilities:
Generate new business opportunities through Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, PPH and other platforms.
Search for relevant projects and submit customized bids/proposals.
Communicate with international clients through calls, emails, and online platforms.
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable IT/software solutions.
Follow up with leads and potential clients to convert them into business opportunities.
Negotiate with clients and maintain solid business relationships.
Coordinate with the technical team to understand project requirements and prepare proposals.
Maintain records of leads, proposals, follow-ups, and conversions.
Achieve monthly business development and sales targets.

Required Skills:
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Hands-on experience with Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and PPH.
Strong proposal writing and online bidding skills.
Positive negotiation and client-handling skills.
Knowledge of IT/software services will be an advantage.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Excel.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
