Job Description

We are looking for a communication-focused Customer Relations Officer to handle customer communication, telecalling, follow-ups, and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to clients.
Handle incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries professionally.
Explain company services and provide relevant information to customers.
Understand customer requirements and identify their needs.
Follow up with leads and customers through calls, WhatsApp.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Maintain records of calls,



leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
Ensure timely follow-up with clients.

Requirements
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable proficiency in English and Malayalam.
Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
Customer-oriented and qualified approach.
Positive convincing, follow-up, and coordination skills.
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
