About the Role

High Heads Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and experienced Senior Fashion Designer to develop creative fashion collections and take designs from concept to final production.

Key Responsibilities
Develop creative and commercially viable fashion designs and collections.
Create sketches, mood boards, color palettes, and design concepts.
Research current fashion trends, fabrics, colors, and market preferences.
Select suitable fabrics, trims, prints, and embellishments.
Prepare tech packs and coordinate with sampling and production teams.
Review samples and ensure designs meet quality and styling standards.
Coordinate with merchandising, sourcing, and production teams.
⏱ Manage multiple projects and meet design deadlines.





Requirements
3–4 years of professional experience as a Fashion Designer.
Solid knowledge of fabrics, silhouettes, garment construction, and fashion trends.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop.
Good understanding of sampling and production processes.
Robust creative and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Strong portfolio showcasing previous fashion design work.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
