Incentives: Up to ₹40,000 based on performance

Qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate in Any Stream

About the Role

We are looking for a Telesales Executive who is proactive, confident, and target-oriented. The candidate will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities, connecting with potential customers, promoting GST Franchisee products/services, and contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential customers through calls and other channels.
Promote and sell GST Franchisee products and services.
Make regular telecalls and telesales calls to prospective customers.
Follow up with leads and convert them into potential customers.




Maintain solid and professional customer relationships.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Prepare sales reports and presentations for management.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Candidate Requirements
12th Pass or Graduate in any stream.
Candidates below 30 years of age.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and persuasive approach.
Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
Ability to make outbound calls and follow up with customers.
Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
Both male and female candidates can apply.

Salary & Incentives

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month
Incentives: Up to ₹40,000, depending on performance
