Job Summary:
Company is looking for an experienced and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate should have solid sourcing, screening, and coordination skills with the ability to hire quality talent within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
Negotiate salary and manage offer rollouts.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand manpower requirements.




Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Assist in onboarding and joining formalities of recent employees.

Required Skills
Robust knowledge of end-to-end recruitment.
Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Experience in manufacturing or industrial recruitment will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
