Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Understand client objectives and communicate requirements to internal teams.

Track project progress and maintain regular communication with stakeholders.
Prepare account status reports and post-project reviews.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or a similar role.
Strong relationship management and stakeholder handling skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
