Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with 3–4 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably from the construction/building material industry.
ResponsibilitiesAchieve monthly sales targets.
Generate recent leads and convert them into customers.
Develop and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, dealers, architects and other clients.
Handle client meetings, product presentations and negotiations.
Conduct market visits and identify new business opportunities.
Manage regular follow-ups and ensure timely order closure.
Maintain sales reports and update management on market activities.




Requirements3–4 years of experience in a relevant sales profile.
Construction industry knowledge is mandatory/preferred.
Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
Robust customer handling and relationship-building skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Candidate should be comfortable with field sales and market visits.

Salary & Incentives₹30,000–₹35,000 per month, depending on experience and interview performance, plus attractive performance-based incentives.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
