Job Title: Fabrication Supervisor
Department: Production
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily fabrication work and manage workers.
Read and understand fabrication drawings.
Monitor cutting, welding, grinding, fitting, and assembly work.
Ensure work is completed as per drawings and quality standards.
Allocate work to fitters, welders, and helpers.
Achieve daily production targets and meet deadlines.
Check material usage and reduce wastage.
Ensure safety rules and PPE are followed.
Coordinate with the Production Manager and Quality Department.
Prepare daily production and manpower reports.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
