We are Hiring
Maintenance Executive Experience: 5–8 years in Maintenance/Facility Management, preferably Salon, Retail, Hospitality or Wellness industry.
Handle day-to-day maintenance across multiple branches, offices and facilities.
Coordinate electrical, plumbing, AC/HVAC, carpentry, civil and general repair work.
Manage vendors, technicians, quotations, preventive maintenance and service schedules.
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure timely closure of maintenance issues.
Maintain records of complaints, repairs, expenses, inventory and vendor activities.
Key Skills: Facility Maintenance and Problem Solving,
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
