We are looking for a skilled Meta Ads Expert who can plan, run, optimize, and manage Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns to generate high-quality leads for Gourisen Private Limited.

Responsibilities:
Plan and run Facebook & Instagram (Meta) Ads campaigns.
Generate high-quality leads through targeted Meta advertising.
Create and manage campaign objectives, audiences, ad sets, creatives, and budgets.
Perform audience research and competitor analysis.
Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to improve CPL, CTR, conversion rate, and lead quality.
Test different ad creatives, copy, audiences, and campaign strategies.
Track campaign performance and provide regular reports.
Identify and fix underperforming campaigns and scale successful campaigns.
Work with the team to understand business goals and develop effective lead-generation strategies.

Requirements:




Proven experience in Meta Ads / Facebook Ads / Instagram Ads.
Solid understanding of Lead Generation campaigns.
Experience in managing and optimizing advertising budgets.
Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Pixel, Conversions API, and tracking will be an advantage.
Ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
Previous experience generating leads for businesses is preferred.
Candidates should be able to show previous campaign results or case studies.
