Conduct laboratory experiments for recent product development and process improvements.
Analyze chemical reactions, interpret results, and document findings.
Assist in pilot trials and scale-up activities.
Maintain accurate records of tests and results for compliance.
Ensure lab safety, hygiene, and proper chemical handling.
Support production by resolving technical issues.
Collaborate with QA/QC, Production, and Marketing teams.
Research literature and competitor data for innovation insights.
Use lab software/tools to analysis and document results.
Comply with internal SOPs, EHS, and regulatory standards
Pay: From ₹220,000.00 per year
