Academic Telecaller / Admission Counsellor

Job Responsibilities
Call and follow up with student leads generated through ads, social media, and enquiries.
Explain course details, fees, duration, certifications, and career prospects.
Counsel students and parents regarding admissions and training programs.
Convert enquiries into successful admissions.
Maintain daily call records and lead status updates.
Coordinate with the admissions and marketing team.
Handle WhatsApp and phone communication professionally.
Achieve monthly admission targets.

Requirements
Valuable communication skills in Tamil & English.
Basic computer knowledge.
Experience in telecalling, counselling, or sales is preferred.
Freshers with valuable communication skills can also apply.
