About the Role

We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Business Development Manager who can generate leads, close deals, and contribute directly to business growth.

The ideal candidate should be confident in client communication, sales pitching, negotiation, and relationship management. You will be responsible for identifying current business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and converting prospects into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate current business opportunities through outbound and inbound channels.
Pitch company services to potential clients and understand their business requirements.
Develop tailored solutions and proposals based on client needs.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and potential clients.
Follow up with prospects and ensure consistent conversion of leads.
Collaborate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
Maintain accurate sales pipeline and CRM data.




Track sales performance and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Generate repeat business, referrals, and current opportunities through client relationships.

Requirements
2–5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Client Acquisition, or a similar role.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
Ability to understand client requirements and convert them into business opportunities.
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
Experience with CRM tools or sales tracking systems is an advantage.
Prior experience in digital marketing, advertising, agency, or service-based businesses is preferred.
