Battery Manufacturing Engineer – Niteman Battery Manufacturing

Niteman Battery Manufacturing, Khar, Mumbai is looking for a motivated and technically skilled Battery Manufacturing Engineer to join our team.

Responsibilities
Handle lithium-ion / LiFePO₄ battery pack assembly and manufacturing.
Perform battery testing, inspection and quality checks.
Work with BMS, wiring, connectors and battery protection systems.
Troubleshoot battery pack, electrical and production-related issues.
Monitor production processes and maintain quality standards.
Maintain production, testing and quality records.
Support battery pack development and improvement activities.
Follow electrical, workplace and battery safety procedures.

Requirements
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics or a related field.




0–3 years of experience; freshers with relevant technical knowledge can apply.
Basic understanding of lithium-ion / LiFePO₄ batteries and BMS.
Basic knowledge of voltage, current, capacity and battery configurations.
Ability to read basic electrical drawings.
Valuable troubleshooting, communication and teamwork skills.

Salary: ₹20,000–₹35,000 per month, depending on qualification, experience and technical skills.
