Job Title: Project Manager

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and manage projects from start to completion. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and monitor project activities.

Manage site operations, manpower, materials, and equipment.

Coordinate with architects, interior designers, contractors, vendors, and clients.

Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.

Prepare project schedules, budgets, estimates, and progress reports.

Ensure quality standards and workplace safety.

Identify project issues and resolve them efficiently.

Manage material procurement and control project costs.

Conduct regular site visits and provide updates to management.

Required Skills
Solid project planning and management skills.





Positive communication and leadership abilities.

Knowledge of construction and site management.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Problem-solving and team coordination skills.

Knowledge of MS Excel and project management software.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Relevant experience in project management or construction site supervision preferred.

Freshers or experienced candidates may apply, depending on company requirements.
