About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to join our HR team in Thane. This internship will provide hands-on experience in recruitment, candidate coordination, and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
Conduct initial screening calls with candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and joining status.
Assist with offer letters, documentation,



and onboarding activities.
Support the HR team with attendance, employee records, and other HR operations.
Assist in preparing recruitment reports and daily/weekly updates.
Handle basic HR coordination and administrative activities.

Requirements
MBA/PGDM in HR or a Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
Comfortable making calls and communicating with candidates.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
